Energy Method
Energy runs throughout our bodies every moment we are alive. When it is balanced, we experience health and a sense of well being. When energy is running too low, too high or in the wrong direction, it can be felt as fatigue, pain and stress.
I first encountered energy work in my mid 40’s. I felt like none of my relationships were working so I googled “spiritual healing” and found an awesome chakra healing course. The fun, easy exercises brought me peace, love for myself and others, and relaxation. A short time later, that same teacher introduced me to Eden Energy Method. I have been doing the Daily Energy Routine ever since!
Eden Energy Method was first introduced by its creator, Donna Eden over 25 years ago. It started as a way for her to deal with her own multiple sclerosis and became her life’s work and is now practiced and taught worldwide.
My clients have experienced physical and emotional benefits after just one energy session. As a Level I Eden Energy practitioner, I introduce gentle, hands on techniques during each session to calm the body’s fight/flight/freeze system and work with the client’s current energy state to bring it into balance. One of my favorite aspects of this work is giving clients instruction on how to continue the techniques at home to keep the effects going.

What to Expect
Each session lasts 60-90 minutes depending on how the energy balances.
The “clothes on” approach provides additional comfort but it may help to remove jewelry. Hydrate and avoid eating a heavy meal and drinking alcohol before the session.
